Shipping policy

WE WILL COMBINE ORDERS - FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS>

Your first order, regardless of quantity ordered will ship for $14.00.  On subsequent orders (ONLY) use code : SHIP2 at checkout.  This will deduct $10.00 from your charges.  The $14.00 will still show under shipping, but you will get a discount.  In essence, you will be paying only $4 shipping on each additional order.  This will run from January 16th until April 1st when orders begin shipping.  

** If you fail to use the code, we cannot fix it.  So use the code!

***  If you use the code on your first order, all your orders will be canceled and a restock of 20% will be charged.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Tubers and rooted cutting are shipped USPS Priority Mail and tracked.  We reserve the right to ship when we feel the weather between you and us is consistently above freezing for the duration of shipping time. 

Tubers begin shipping late March; 

All tubers and cuttings should be removed from the shipping packaging immediately upon receipt.  If there are any issues, please contact us immediately.  Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
