Bubbling Over Dahlia

A farm favorite, Bubbling Over has large, 6-8" intense deep yellow/fuchsia tipped reckless blooms that mellow to a creamy yellow/raspberry as the season progresses.  A beautiful focal flower and a definite must grow for cottage gardens.  A show stopper, for sure!
